The Promised Land V

Moses and Abraham were both extraordinary leaders. They cared for the people they led, and they never assumed that the people should demonstrate greater loyalty to them than to God. They both are in the millennial kingdom of God, having returned to lay claim to their Promised Land. They have returned with different names, but with the same human spirit. They will respond as the men who once were Moses and Abraham.

They knew that the land of Israel, as it later was called, was not the Promised Land that was described in God’s promises to Abraham. They knew that Abraham’s Promised Land was the entire earth which had been lost to Satan and to sin. They knew that one day, the Lord God Almighty would win the battle for souls, and would begin to restore ownership of this earth to his children. They knew that one day, the demons that inhabit the earth would have to return to hell. They now know that the day has come.
