The IRS

The Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") was never intended to become a national debt collector. It was instituted solely for the purpose of having the states reimburse the federal government for necessary functions. Such functions include national security, and war powers.

Many states now have a national security agenda that includes war powers. New York City, for example, conducts many foreign missions since after 9/11. There seems to be no need for a federal government that does not apprehend the limitations to its authority.

​The government has taken its limited authority and turned it on its head, by implementing a methodology whereby they now can access every checking account in the United States, supposedly for the purpose of repaying debts owed to third parties. There is no clarification in regard to who those third parties might be.

When a government takes insane liberties with personal property owned by its citizens, that government must be dismembered and reconstituted. Perhaps it is time for the federal government to be dismembered, and reconstituted. Perhaps also it is time for the United Nations to be dismembered and reconstituted, because China has gained access to every country through its affiliation with the United Nations.

Throughout the world, the problem of excessive debts, especially debts owed to China, has become a national security issue. Clearly, this new law is intended to become a methodology for repaying China. However, very soon, in countries throughout the world, China, the United Nations, as well as other international entities could have access to the bank account of every citizen worldwide.
