Shepherds

If you are considered to be a shepherd to the people of God, the only voice whose instructions you should heed is the voice of the Holy Spirit Of God. If you are not seeking guidance from the indwelling Holy Spirit on a moment by moment basis, then you should no longer be considered a shepherd to God's people.

The Lord God Almighty has marked his shepherds so that you will know with all certainty whether or not they have been approved by the Lord God Almighty. Listen to their voice in your heart, and they will tell you whether or not their voice is the voice of the Lord God Almighty.
