Seasoned salt is not necessarily an item that should be left out of any pantry, however, it also is not an item that should be used every day. Seasoned salt contains certain additives that are not ideal for the human body. Ideally, Kosher salt or sea salt are best, combined with other single-ingredient seasonings that do not contain chemical additives, such as garlic powder or onion flakes.
