Pray In Secret

When you pray to the Lord God Almighty, you must do two things. First, determine precisely what you need, then go into a private space, and either raise your hands to heaven, or kneel down on one or on both knees, preferably both. If you kneel on both knees, your head should be bowed. If you kneel on one knee, your head should not be bowed.

​The Lord God Almighty prefers that you pray in secret, because when you pray, the devil and his emissaries can see your light more intensely. If they can see your light, and the condition of the organs in your body, they are much more able to launch a direct attack against a weak organ.

If you need to pray in a public place, and you are standing tall, place your right hand over your solar plexus in order to cover its light. If you are sitting, you should bend forward slightly from the waist.
