Pay Scale Inequities

When you have a job opening, you should determine the salary range based in the nature of the work, and how it relates to other positions in the same company or entity. If the salary has three or four built-in ranges depending on whether the person who applies is a white male, a white female, a black male, or a black female, then your pay scale is inequitable.

​When the proposed salary range for an advertised position is more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), the pay scale should be deemed presumptively inequitable. The Lord God Almighty is a God of truth, of justice, and of equality.
