Manifested Decrees

When the Lord God Almighty issues a decree, it must always manifest in precisely the manner in which it was issued. It may not be a word for word manifestation, but it always will manifest. That is because there is nothing standing in the way of manifestation. There is no greed, no hearts full of vengeance and unforgiveness, no patterns of deception, and no fear.

There are many decrees that some claim have been issued by the Lord God Almighty, but that were never issued by him. They are decrees that release a reign of terror on groups and on individuals, charge them with crimes they did not commit, and condemn them to lives of poverty and despair. If you encounter any such decrees, you should know with all certainty that they are the works of the devil.
