Anyone who can perform a jumping jack exercise is probably in fairly good physical shape. A jumping jack is a form of exercise in which the person alternates between having the hands at the sides and the feet together, and clapping the hands over the head while jumping up and separating the feet.
God expects that you will be able to perform jumping jacks even when you are 160 years old or more. Of course, you should begin gradually by raising your arms as high as possible while slowly moving your feet apart by twelve to eighteen inches, then reversing the position with the feet together and the arms at your side. Eventually, you will be able to perform the jumping exercise with vigor and vitality. The Lord God Almighty El Shaddai
