Hail, King Of The Jews

When those who betrayed Jesus shouted, "Hail, King of the Jews" they were not necessarily referring to Israel and its inhabitants. A long time ago, the Lord God Almighty stated that his children will be known as Jews. He meant the children of Abraham, the children of Isaac and Rebekah, and yes, the children of Jacob who became known as Israel, and later, as the Jewish nation. But Israelis are not the only Jews. They are Jews who do the will of the Lord God Almighty. They are Jews who acknowledge Jesus as King, and as Lord.
