Eden Travels

When Eden says that all the children of God who are in the millennial kingdom have ten years to achieve an eternal state, one wonders why we have to wait for another 990 years before we can actually enter into eternity, and welcome the peace we have been promised. The reason is that the Lord God Almighty has given us a paved road to eternity, yet we insist on driving on the unpaved gravel.

We take the rocky road, and the blocked exist. We climb mountains that can easily be bypassed, and we hail cabs that we know cannot get us to our destination. If we continue on the rocky road, our journey to eternity will be a harrowing experience. In the alternative, we can travel on the surface that the Lord God Almighty has ordained, and experience the journey of a lifetime, full of joy and gladness, and bereft of pain and turmoil. The Lord God Almighty is a God of provision.
