Healthy eating is a simple process, if you know what you seek to accomplish. There are three basic things that you need. First, you need sugar for the brain, and the best sugar to consume is caramel. Thus, caramel based foods, or foods on which caramel is poured, support the brain.
Second, you need meat protein in order to keep the body healthy and strong. The best forms of meat protein are lamb, beef and chicken, in any order in which you wish to consume them. In order to protect the heart, you should not consume meat that contains blood, or that was not drained of its blood prior to being sold. Third, you need fluid for cleansing. The only fluids you should consume are those that contain no added ingredients. The Lord God Almighty El Shaddai
