When you know that you have a destination, you sometimes want to get there as soon as possible, but sometimes you simply need to slow down and take it one step at a time, because speed may not be in your best interest under the circumstances. Speed may be necessary when time is of the essence, but when time becomes your best friend, speed is no longer necessary. Speeding against time becomes counterproductive, fraught with danger, peril, and unplanned errors.
