Callous Indifference

Every day, millions of people throughout the world either die of starvation, become deathly ill as a result of food insufficiency, or go to sleep wondering where their next meal would come from. The United States of America is not immune to this tragedy.

Yet the government is debating whether or not they should spend 5 billion dollars to build a wall along the Mexican border, presumably to wall out those whom they deem to be misfits. The long and short of it is that most of these individuals probably won't care that they have to take a boat trip to Canada to enter through the northern border.
