When the Lord God Almighty sets up his disaster plan, it will be one that takes into consideration the nature of the disaster and the extent of the damages incurred, without regard to any factor that would cause one limb to be worth more than another, or one hand to be worth more than another.

The Lord God Almighty is a God of fairness, of justice, and of equality, and never ever would presume to value one life over another in determining who should benefit from disaster relief. Disaster relief is not employment compensation, and should never be tied to one's level of education, or similar nebulous factors.
