Manifested Decrees II

If your decrees against evil do not seem to take root, and to manifest, it may be because you are issuing the decrees against hell and its demons, when instead they should be issued against the children of God who persist in doing evil. Many in the millennial kingdom have been using the powers of the indwelling Holy Spirit Of God to engage in evil, despite having received numerous warnings.

You can issue decrees against the children of God who do evil only if you are doing so in self defense, and only if your indwelling Holy Spirit Of God approves of the terms of the decree. Ask him what your remedy should be, given the circumstances. If he does not lay out a remedy, and approve of the terms of the decree, it will have no force or effect whatsoever.
